The Gender-Based Violence Research Project provides research, training, practice, and policy-related projects and partnerships with the goal of ending the enduring global phenomenon of violence against women.

GBVRP was founded in 2022 by Dr. Rae Taylor, the Rev. Joseph H. Fitcher, S.J. Distinguished Professor of Criminology and Justice at Loyola University New Orleans.
